The worst company to deal with. My father had a new leased truck just over two weeks. Very unexpectedly his wife passed away. In NO way did they try to help him out by letting him return the truck, life happens but only two weeks! It's now left up to him to get someone to take over the lease or buy it out right or he has to fault on it. I understand business is business but you would think people would have a little heart and help out.
This is the second lease with Aldermans. The staff is awesome. I had a budget and they helped me keep it. I walked away with a 2018 Chevy equinox. Never thought it would happen. So thank you to Jay and the rest of the crew.
Absolutely love these guys/girls. Great team of people!!!
