I was referred to Alderman's through Kelley Blue Book for a cash offer on my van. It was the my most dishonest, rude, unprofessional experience i have ever had. I would highly discourage anyone from going to Alderman's for any cash offer from KBB.
The worst business we have ever dealt with! Brought in our GMC to find out what is wrong with it only to be told maybe it is this but it could be something more. Not only are they trying to charge us $105 an hour for labor we didn't even get asked to do but then we would have to spend $300 to maybe get it fixed. Last year it took almost two months to get the vehicle back because they kept needing to wait for parts. I will never step foot in this so called business again! ..was considering purchasing a Chevy Silverado. ..they can keep it...the salesman was good..knowable of vehicle and pleasent...however the sales manager was very rude!they pushed me to the point of becoming very uncomfortable with the sale...told them several times I was not feeling well and would go home and would come back...unfortunately I had a nice chunk to put down ...their over bearing attitudes lost a sale.
Great to deal with. ..saved 1000s on our new camaro...great comunication with josh and other salesman..... owner answered emails instantly ..finance guy was very helpful and got a great rate..and the woman helping with the features in the end awesome.....even let me help the tech swap wheels...:) I don't give many 5 stars . Im a huge corvette enthusiast so trust me these guys are great unlike other dealerships
Lost a great sale from me, customer service wasn't good at all. Had all intentions of driving down Saturday to buy a truck. Felt insulted what was presented to me on my trade.
Had a 4:30 appointment to meet with a salesman and waited 1/2 hr and nobody came to me and said he will be right with you. Not the way to start off trying to make a sale, this is after I received 2 phone calls to make sure I would be on time for the appointment.
Well you tell me how I'm suppose to feel.first I buy the car the day after that a worker puts a 5 inch scratch on my passenger door and the grill n front piece get damaged took me three in a half months of arguing to get it resolved. Then at roughly 500 miles the fuel system goes. Then the car rolls backward in drive like it was in neutral and now the emergency brake don't work.
