LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Albany Woods Apts. Moved in here on Jan. 1st 2008 and I have no plans on ever leaving!! Ella, Jennifer and Michelle, to name a few, are absolutely AMAZING!!! Keep up the amazing job!!
NO STARS! THIS PLACE SUCKS! WATER FOR 8 DAYS IN MY PREGNANT DAUGHTERS APARTMENT AND MANAGEMENT SAYS IT IS NOT AN EMERGENCY! ALMOST HALF THE MASTER BED ROOM CARPET IS SOAKED AND SMELLS LIKE MILDEW! THE LIVING ROOM HAS WATER UNDER THE WINDOW AND SMELLS LIKE MILDEW! MANAGEMENT LIED AND SAID A COMPANY WOULD BE OUT TODAY TO CLEAN HER CARPET A AND THEY NEVER SHOWED UP. With the recent weather conditions, and the excessive snow and ice, we had to wait for the roof to be safe to be on so we can proceed with a repair. We sent a professional company out to clean the carpet and put down an anti microbial substance. We are doing everything we can to solve this issue as soon as possible.
