Dear Ms. Lang, we are sorry to see you feel this way. We do have specific approval criteria that everyone must meet. It is an option to pay your lease in advance if you don't meet these guidelines. The $49 application fee is never refundable, but we do refund the $50.00 holding fee if your application is not approved. You will be receiving the $50.00 holding fee back in the mail. We are happy you found a place that suits your needs! We wish you the best of luck in your new home!
I have had only good experiences with living at Albany Woods apartments. The staff is very friendly and attentive and the maintenance, if needed, is done effectively and in a very timely matter.

Overall, I really enjoyed my time at Albany Woods and would recommend it to anyone. I lived here from August 2014 to August 2015. First, the apartments are big. You get a lot of square feet for what you pay. It's a good rate compared to other New Albany apartments. I liked being within biking distance of the library, churches and the Kroger grocery store. Don't move here. These people are a joke. Look up reviews on the management company that runs this place and you'll understand. A couple day approval turned into 2 freaking weeks bc they don't have the courtesy to call their applicants when they have a question. They wait for you to call and when you do, your name gets misspelled by the receptionist so they never knew you called or they just don't answer. I called 9 times one day before I told them to give me back my money I paid to hold the apartment. So rude, so disrespect... read more
