I have enjoyed my time working at Albany Woods i have meet so many amazing people my last full day will be this Thursday then randomly on a sat
This is by far the worst Apartment Complex I have lived in. As I write this there is 6 inches of water in my bathroom due to a flood caused by the 15 year old washing machine that came with the apartment. This is actually a replacement washer. After a lot of back and forth with the rental office the first one was replaced because it had a dryer attached that burned our clothes. That washer was also 15 years old. Calling the emergency line does not help, as they told me they would look into the flood during business hours. Ev... read more

We're sorry that you had a problem with your washer. While some of our non-upgraded apartments have older appliances, we keep them in good working condition. If the emergency maintenance would have understood that you had a flood, they would most certainly have dispatched someone immediately. We spoke this morning and I am glad that we were able to solve this problem quickly and to your satisfaction. We certainly appreciate you as a resident and want you to be happy in your home.
I've lived here for 7+ years and love it!! Ella the manager is a sweetheart and cares deeply about her community! I would suggest this place strongly to anyone looking for a new home! Any singles out there ?

I live and work here and never have I found a place that feels more like home than Albany Woods. I have the best neighbors and coworkers.
I have been here since January and so far we love it here! This is proudly where we call home now. Not to mention, the newly remodeled 2 bedrooms are breaktaking! New Albany is a beautiful town with lots of attractions perfect for everyone. The residents here are very personable and many attend the events held here at Albany Woods. I wish we would have known about this place long before we lived in Dublin! Thank you for all that you do for us!
Been here 4 years and no plans to leave. I love it here. It's home.
