The care and compassion we received today was wonderful! The entire staff was excellent and did everything they could to go above and beyond what was expected. One of my twin toddlers broke her collar bone and we had many people taking care of all of us, not just the patient. Juice, crayons, princess stickers, coloring books and checking in on us to see if there was anything else we needed. I was impressed with the short wait to be seen and get x-rays. Dr. Patel should not practice in urgent care. I shaked and shivered for 3 hours with a fever and a POSITIVE strep test. She came in and gave me a 10 minute lecture on antibiotic resistance. Seriously? Then prescribed a useless "trial" of antibiotics for 5 days. So you don't like to perscribe antibiotics so you instead prescribe a half dose? Just awful.
