I requested a strep test when I spoke to the first nurse and again with the second. Took two hours before someone did. Then took 45 minutes to get the results. As a LPN in a private doctor office I am beyond frustrated. I could have just done the test myself at my work. Poor kid did not get dinner until almost 9, no time for homework, or fun. And never got a good reason for what is wrong with her. This place has gone way downhill since they opened. The care and service is terrible.
I just wasted an hour of my life to just get blood work and an EKG. Why did the process take so long??? Because of all the gushing and fawning over every person who walks through the door. I think SH wants all staff to be every customers best friend. I, for one, don't need any more friends. All I want to do is get in and out. Professionalism and efficiency is what I want. I left annoyed...is this what you are aiming for?
