Albany Dental Care is just a really well run practice. All of the staff are friendly and amazing. Dr. Winter is fantastic. About a year ago, I walked in there terrified of going to the Dentist. A year later, I woke up this morning looking forward to my visit. They are the best.
Dr Winter is the best! His staff are all super friendly with great personalities too. Such a pleasant and caring atmosphere.
I’m now a new patient and saw Dr. Winter for the first time today. Let me just say, these 5 star reviews are no joke! From the receptionists to the hygenists (Lynn especially!) to Dr. Winter himself, they go above and beyond to make sure you’re comfortable. I had a dental emergency and not only was my problem fixed quickly, I immediately made an appointment for next week to get the rest of the work that I need done. Dr. Winter has been great with me. He was able to replace some fillings in one visit, and just today he was able to squeeze me in the same day to fix a chipped front tooth.
I've always been a less than well behaved dental patient. Dr. Winter is the best. He changed that! I was able to have several procedures done, under sedation. The team is so gracious. He has a great sense of humor, topped only by his talent as a dentist. They really care about making the patient comfortable. :)
