I started with them 5 months ago with a broken tooth. His staff and Dr Winter made me feel right at home. He fixed my front chipped tooth that a few other dentists tried to fix and were unsuccessful. I looked in the mirror yesterday and said wow. How Amazing I looked. Thanks to Dr Winter. Love his singing very relaxing.
I'm a new patient, my first appointment went well with everyone keeping me informed about what they were doing, e.g. x-rays. This was my second appointment, first cleaning, I was allowed to stop when I needed to, and was constantly being calmed. Really, did a great job.
I went to Albany Dental last year sometime for the first time and met with Dr. Denning. I just left the office today after my 6 month “check up” and the Hygienist had told me that I would have to switch dentists because the prior dentist was not at that office anymore. I panicked. I didn’t want to meet another new dentist. But I was very impressed by Dr. Winter’s knowledge and humor. He was very kind and able to answer any questions I had. Dr. Winter is amazing. Always goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. His staff is so friendly and helpful. I will never go anywhere else.
