I have lived in this apartment for a over a year and and half I wish I could rate more than five stars. The staff is so friendly from Ben the Community Manger, Regina & Katherine at the Concierge and Maria in the Leasing Office. Sentayhu the Service Manger and his team are top notch! Everyone truly cares about you and the apartment is beautiful! The rooftop is awesome and has breathtaking views of the National Cathedral and Downtown DC. THANK YOU ALBAN TEAM! YOU GUYS ROCK!
I seriously cannot say enough about Alban Towers!!! Moving here has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the absolutely beautiful building, community spaces, awesome rooftop with breathtaking views to the exceptional leasing, service and concierge staff...Alban Towers is truly an amazing place to live.
I have been living here for a year now and it hasnt been easy. There has been loud maintenance noise for 6 months now. They shut off water twice a week. The person in the leasing office is extremely rude. They charge a 15% late fee so expect to pay 250-300 dollars on top of your rent if you ever forget to pay by the end of a month
