First Time I have ever had a bank refuse to verify funds. Maybe it's an Alaska thing, but I did not enjoy my experience trying to get work done w this Bank.
After 4 phone calls I still have not received the refund on insurance they added to a loan that I did not need for a car that alway had full coverage insurance. They will not admit their mistake. They promised a full refund and then sent a check for only half the amount. Also I talked to minimum of 4 people each time I called. Still unresolved from December 2018

Literally just logged into my account to pay towards an auto loan, and the site completely changed and now they’re charging to pay through their online service. Crap!
Don’t trust them with cash transactions! I went to the bank on Tudor to pick up a sheet of checks and make a large deposit to cover said check. Well the monies never made it to my account and the check bounced. I ended up speaking with the teller that took my deposit and printed my checks. No help what so ever. First thing in the morning I’m closing all my accounts with them and will be banking else where.
