After being a good customer of Alaska USA for year, including two mortgage refinances, we missed one mortgage payment due to a family crisis requiring me to be out of state for a month. RecommendedHave to say I'm a wee bit disappointed with customer service. A few days ago I called CS to find out information, as to why my Quicken software could no longer communicate with AlaskaUSA. The agent on the end of the line said he didn't know of any issues and i should contact Quicken to resolve my issues. Then Quicken support tells me it has to be a bank problem.
