After being a good customer of Alaska USA for year, including two mortgage refinances, we missed one mortgage payment due to a family crisis requiring me to be out of state for a month. As soon as the error was discovered our account was brought to current. Alaska USA turned us in to the credit bureaus and our credit scores, both mine and my wife’s dropped sharply. Have to say I'm a wee bit disappointed with customer service. A few days ago I called CS to find out information, as to why my Quicken software could no longer communicate with AlaskaUSA. The agent on the end of the line said he didn't know of any issues and i should contact Quicken to resolve my issues. Then Quicken support tells me it has to be a bank problem. Just spent an hour and a half being transferred and repeating information that I had provided multiple times on different occassions to obtain a loan. Lack of follow through and communication/correspondence.
