Never had any issues and have been banking with them for over 20 years. Will continue being a regular customer, but wish they would do same day release though for payroll checks.

this credit union used to be kind and friendly. Now when I call, agents are rude and dont want to do any more than they have to. All I wanted were some answers to questions and a note posted in my account. I was told they couldnt do it. I am closing my account as soon as my last payment posts. I will strictly use my Navy Federal account from now on.

Alaska USA has gone way downhill. It's pretty pathetic the way they treat members, especially those of us who have been members for more than 30 years. Years ago, I would have enthusiastically recommended Alaska USA, now, I would recommend staying far away, there are better options out there.
So I do appreciate getting back to at a timely fashion I still would like to say contrell nekia and Jose are amazing tellers at the debarr branch Keep up the great work 😁😁
