We've been with them for over 20 years and we love them. I had an issue with ADP accidentally taking out my paycheck instead of putting it in - and we had overdraft fees because of this (both my paycheck and my husband's paycheck). After fighting with my company for hours about getting this documented and resolved, I decided to reach out to member services.
