RecommendedWonderful place to bank! Everyone is courteous and super caring. I’ve been with them for over 16 years and wouldn’t bank with anyone else.
My husband went to pull some money out of an ATM from his account and even though the staff of the Alaska USA saw the machine malfunction and not give him his money, they refused to reverse the transaction and wouldn’t give him his money. Very bad service, intending to close account soon.

I have been so pleased with AlaskaUSA and I live in Palm Desert, CA! (There's no branch here either! But I'm able to do all my banking online which most people like myself are doing these days anyway!) If I need to talk to someone, they're a phone call away! I'm so tired of all those BIG banks who are far from personal where AlaskaUSA has held onto this and projects it out to everyone! If you haven't banked with them before now, then now is the time to look into them!

When I call in no one seems to know what they are talking about, and they love to transfer the calls. One representative said I think it's a 3% fee and when I asked to have him get me the correct information comes to find out it's a 20% fee! (way off) I dislike this company as a loan company! I would not recommend anyone to have a loan thru them! I feel like their training needs to be improved.
Been with AKUSAFCU for so long, I can't remember ever being treated with anything but respect. Even stayed with them when I lived on the east coast for a few years!
