I've been a member for over 40 years and AK USA is no longer competitive. The online banks are offering better rates on savings and CDs. You charge fees for everything just like the big banks do.

I have been banking with AK USA since 1997. I have lived in Kentucky for the past 16 years and still have all of my deposits made to this credit union. The customer service is excellent and the staff that I speak with are always very friendly. A few years back, an unknown entity used my account. The credit union refunded the money that was taken from my account and went after the criminal who took it. They are always very helpful.
Alaska USA has always been helpful. And now I've discovered when I am Outside I can get funds at any of their partners all over the country!
