I have enjoyed coming to your office ever since the first time last year. The staff is made up of some very pleasant, congenial people, and I always appreciate their friendliness.
Our visit today consisted of check-ups for 4 year old jakob and 3 year old abigail. Sheena was quick, sweet and thorough. She explained what she was doing as she was doing it and that always helps....not to mention they got to wear cool sun glasses and watch cartoons! Everyone was very kind, personable, and knowledgeable which made my trip a very pleasant one. With the calm atmosphere, I felt very comfortable and knew that my smile was in good hands! I was very happy with my visit.

Came in for a cleaning on saturday. I was a little early, so I waited a total of 15 min before they brought me back. Shelly was the hygienist that took care of me and she was awesome. She was quick and efficient. And took time to make sure she was providing great customer service.
I recently had a piece of my crown break. Dr. Randol replaced it free of charge because he guarantees them for 5 years. I had intense pain and he referred me to a great Specialist who took the pain away. I have my permanent crown now and so thankful to be pain free. I found that Dr. Randol is a very caring and thoughtful Dentist He and his staff are wonderful. Thank you Dr. Randol and your great staff. Maureen Meisner

I called the office to get an appointment for a night guard adjustment sometime this week. They asked, "How about this afternoon?" I was thrilled, as I was hurting pretty badly and knew that an adjustment would help. The assistant who helped me had all the patience in the world. She knew the importance of getting it just right.
