Nora is so wonderful and makes me feel like I do a good job caring for my teeth and still giving me tips for improving my care. Staff greets me and everything was on time. Couldn't be better.

I had my 6 month cleaning exam yesterday and had to only wait in the lobby for a few minutes before the hygienist called me in. She was very pleasant and chatted with me personally (I believe it was Elaine). She also explained well when I asked her what caused tarter to develop in my mouth. Elaine also advised there was less bleeding from my gums during this examination.
I just moved to Oregon from Ely Nevada A Month ago. And I found the best dentist in Roseburg, I recommend Doctor Randol for all your dental care. The office is super clean and the staff are very friendly. I thanks God for leading me to the best dentist in town.

This dentist office is hands down the best I've been too. The staff is very friendly and always upbeat making it a fun experience. Dr. Randol is great at what he does and very educated in his field. Highly recommended.
I have a high level of anxiety when it comes to dentistry...so high that I have avoided dental checkups and visits unless absolutely imperative that I go, i.e. pain, infection etc. It had bee 8 years since my last visit to a dentist, and that visit was quite unplesant. Before coming in for my exam I explained this to the staff, they were polite and understanding, and told me that the dentists in this office would do all they could to help me through the visit. I just wanted to praise the team at Dr. Randol's clinic. Creative and fun experience. They also have a great dental assistance program you can purchase! I wish my last dentist could have been like this.
