I'm fairly certain I have never been to see Nora for a hygienist appointment before. I was impressed with her chair manner and how she shared with me issues with cleaning my teeth that can preserve them better. She was also very friendly and we had a great time chatting with each other.
We love this office! It's great for myself and my husband because they are open on Saturdays (which work best for us) and they are overall super friendly and obviously want you to feel welcome and safe. It is also wonderful for my kids (6 yrs & 3 yrs). My kids have only been willing to go to a pediatric dentist in the past, which is frustrating since there is only one in town and they don't accept our insurance. The hygienist did an excellent job cleaning my teeth!
The reception area is very bright & cheerie with lots of windows and the receptionist was very, very pleasant. The hygienist was very thorough & knowledgeable. The only problem was how long the wait was to see Dr. Randol but it's probably better for the patients to wait than the doctor. All in all it was a very satisfactory experience.
I don't like going to the dentist but my experience was great and I feel like this is where I'll be staying. Everyone was friendly and helpful. I was pleased with my experience.
Nora gave the most thorough dental/health checkup I've ever had. She checked and cleaned my teeth, did a total mouth/throat cancer screening, educated me on keeping my teeth and gums in shape, and even checked my Blood Preasure. Dr. Attchinson was a good dentist but Nora the hygienist was very knowledgable and loves her job.
Patient care is exceptional. I feel like my hygienist (Laura) is a friend. No nagging just pleasant conversation. This office is technically at the top with up to date equipment. Won't go anywhere else.
