Two words you don't hear used together often are treat and dentist...well today I had a cleaning and teeth whitening service and it was a treat! My hygenist Cherish (what an appropriate name!), was gentle, considerate and just a treat to work with. I had great success with the 'sensational whitening' service as well. Highly recommend Dr Randol and his team, everyone from the receptionist to the dentist himself are, as always, phenomenal! Thank you!

I just moved to Roseburg and was pleasantly surprised when I walked in for my first appointment. The office is nice and spacious, the staff was welcoming and friendly. Everyone was fast and knowledgeable. I actually look forward to my next appointment!

I got my teeth cleaned today, Jeni did an awesome job! Her level of care and gentleness has never been matched. I will never go anywhere else
Overall satisfaction was extremely high. From the amount of time for the process through the quality of the service (both by Dr. Randol and all of the other staff) to the willingness to listen to all problems and discuss in length. I have been experiencing a tenderness of the left cheek for six or seven years. All previous Doctors and Dentists have said they could find no cause. Dr Randol not only listed to my discussion but suggested a cause and solution. What more can I say.
In the past I was paying and thought I was receiving the best dental available . Now I pay less and the work is the best ever. Just moved up a level or two.
From the moment I walked into Dr Randol's office until the moment I left, I was treated like a valued friend. The office staff greeted me walking in the door and made me feel comfortable while waiting my turn. The wait was short. The X ray tech was quick, efficient, and friendly. Dr. Randol did not rush through the exam, but took time to make sure all my concerns were addressed. I needed my teeth cleaned and got an appointment on the same day. I couldn't be happier.
I couldn't be happier with the staff at Dr. Randol's clinic. They are uniformly helpful from the front desk to the doctor and everyone in between. I have been going here for years and know that I will always receive excellent treatment. I never hesitate to recommend them to potential new patients.

One of my crowns fell off while on vacation. Called the office on the Monday I returned. I was told they would see and asked I arrive at 10am. I was a work-in but I was still done before 11am. Very friendly people with great care.
The staff was very friendly and made me comfortable before going back behind "the door." Sara was great as was Dr. Randol. My exam was thorough and I felt like the Doctor has a handle on my needs.
