Today's visit at the Randol Dental office was, as always, a pleasant experience. The technician was professional, competent and friendly. She answered all my questions about whitening procedures. I have used Dr. Randol's services for several years and am very satisfied.
I am very afraid of dental procedures and I just had a tooth extraction and temporary bridge done yesterday. I just want to let others know that I was treated with understanding and the upmost respect. I was even asked if I wanted to know what was happening during the procedure!! I have a back problem and I was given the option of standing up when necessary-and given a pillow for my head and shoulders, offered TV to watch while I waited, and a sip of water. Dr Randol and staff are always wonderful. As a mom and dental professional I know my kiddos are taken care of when they visit. Today the hygienists made sure my kids remain cavity by recommending and placing sealants. My kids, husband, and I always enjoy our dental visits <3 great people great customer service!
The office staff was wonderful. They went out of there way to accommodate me with my needs. I was seen promptly and treated with the upmost respect. I enjoyed the stress free atmosphere. Thank you.
I wish I had the words to say what wonderful service I've received from Dr. Randol and all I've come in contact with while there. They understand your problem and help you in every way possible. My first visit was an emergency - they took me in and fixed my problem immediately. They very efficiently know what they're doing and I'm so happy they are here.
