Dr .Randol's office is always a nice friendly place . the Lady's up front to the people in the back make my visit feel like they appreciate me,and are helpful with any questions I have .
As a person of some age, I have had many dental experiences. What I was greeted with today at Dr. Randall's office was simply amazing. Pleasant receptionists, a gift bag, with a card attached, directions to a restroom and even refreshments. A state of the art Panorex was taken revealing important and unknown to me, information I need to take to a specialist. The staff was warm, welcoming and friendly. The staff and dentist were all patient with the kids; especially my two year old. My older girls had a great experience. This was our first visit here and we loved this dentist office.

I've only had 2 preventive care appointments so far, but the employees are wonderful and the care is top notch. The employees are obviously very happy. There are TVs in the ceiling and all of the latest technology. I got a text to confirm my appointment. Loved the Olympic medal count chart in the waiting room. Never wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment and always leave with a goody bag with Chapstick, floss and toothbrush.
