I had a great experience today with the whole staff. My last dental experience with another office went really bad so I was nervous but left there feeling so much better about everything.
Staff was attentive, polite and kind. Through minor troubles, I was the only one laughing. All was settled and I am on my way to having me teeth stay where they should.
The cleaning went well.
I have been so impressed by the staff here from the time I booked my appointment. They took the time to check with my insurance ahead of time and followed up every time they said they would. They were all very helpful, competent, efficient and friendly. It was a remarkably pleasant experience for a multiple child dental visit. They booked my kids at the same time for my convenience and were great even with my very nervous six year old. Even my kids were impressed by their goody bags with "the good tooth brushes." As always my visit was great. Never any pain.
Once again I had an excellent experience at Dr. Randol's office today. Shelly performed a great cleaning and Dr. Randol was in great form as a comedic instructor telling me what I need to do to keep my teeth healthy. Great job, again guys!
It is always hard to change Dr/Dentist. I was not looking forward to it. Dr Randol and his staff made me feel comfortable on my initial visit. They outlined my costs for upcoming work along with the days charges. His office has state of the art equipment.
My experience with Dayna as cleaning my teeth has been amazing. Earlier in life, I hated getting my teeth cleaned because it hurt. Dayna helps to keep my oral hygiene on track so I don't need to have expensive dental work. Dayna recommended a mouth guard to wear at night (I was grinding my teeth unknown to me). Now my teeth are not as sensitive. Thanks Dayna
