Big shout out to Alan's Jewelry and Pawn for going above and beyond in contacting our organization about an old award we had bestowed to an individual in the 1980's that had recently been turned in to their shop. I’m from out of town and I do wish we had a pawnshop with the selection Alan’s has.Helpful staff.I will make an hour and half drive to buy from them again.
I've been to Alan's a couple of times but I just found out about the vintage/estate section in the Patton Ave store and love it. I got this adorable teal, floral bracelet for a decent price (and a little off the top!) And it was awesome that the staff was pretty knowledgable about the history of each of those pieces!

Worse than horrible. Hispanic manager on Patton is very rude and obnoxious!!! They can never get their payoff amounts right and they treated me like a criminal. I will not b back and I plan to tell everyone to take their business elsewhere.

Horrible. Buy something that's supposed to come with all the accessories and what came with it is a piece of junk knock off brand stuff, that doesn't even work!!! Spend money for crap.

Did you contact the store? We do offer a warranty on our goods. Please call 828-254-8681 to speak with a Manager. Also, did they test the equipment before you purchased it? That is standard procedure, and wanted to make sure it was done.
