Awesome customer service. Polite and courteous. I told the staff what I was looking for and they found me exactly what I needed!! Why pay retail store prices when you go to Alan’s. I would highly recommend them.

These guys are awesome. They have a awesome quality of inventory at decent and fair prices. Allans' Jewelry and Loan does not pawn or sale any cheap junk. If that is what you are looking for go to the Goodwill. I was asked by a another pawn shop competitor ( In the Anderson and Muncie area) to give these guys a bad review. I could not do that after seeing the differences between the two pawn shops Cool place to check out.

Though the entire staff at the location on Patton Avenue is friendly, I always specifically ask for Jordan Sadinsky! She is ALWAYS so nice, helpful, and eager to make sure that you are happy and taken care of!!!! I hope Alan’s Jewelry and Pawn knows that they have an AWESOME, IRREPLACEABLE EMPLOYEE IN AWESOME JORDAN!!!!
