I have always had positive experiences at Alan's. It is my go to spot for jewelry in the area. Their staff is knowledgeable and eager to help, without being pushy. They always have what I need. Great way to support local business.
Had my wedding rings appraised here and they were fast and very friendly. Never realized they had such beautiful jewelry!
They can try paying a fair price for items. We brought some valuable items to them and they made up bull crap about them then offered 10 to 20 percent of their actual value.
I put a tv on layaway thru the agreement with the sales person that he can buy my tv that I have. (I'm upgrading) but yet he didnt tell me any details on what they buy. Guess he was just trying to make a sale! this will be the last thing I buy from alans! And I think the sales person is a manager! White shirt.

Highly recommend ! Alan, Tanya, and staff are extremely helpful. I recently made a special request for an aquamarine birthstone for my granddaughters confirmation. Tanya immediately responded and provided me with exactly what I had in mind. The price and quality is awesome!
