My experience working with the owners and Nicole the Gemologist at Alans has been wonderful .Alan Staff will go out of their way to stand behind their gemstones with full knowledge to the best of their ability and give you exactly what you need in your budget. I have only wonderful things to say about their Jewelry store including their selection of gorgeous treasures. Its not an ordinary Pawn Shop.

I was given a diamond ring that was my grandmother's. I wanted the diamond reset into a modern setting. Alan's Jewelry team helped me design a beautiful setting. I couldn't be happier with the way the ring turned out. It is gorgeous and far exceeded my expectations!

I have never been treated so badly at a business in my life. Just because I was trying to recover jewelry that was stolen from my house. I did everything completely legally and it's not my fault that I wanted what was mine back
Tried to Pawn my mini refrigerator and so they plugged it up and didn't give it time to get cold!! Don't go to the one on Tunnel Road in Asheville, NC
I took one of my watches in this morning to get a battery and the lady scratched the watch in mutable places. She then tried to tell me it was like that when it came in. I bought the watch new and it's never been worked on so how could it have tool marks all over it. I don't mind the scratches but I don't appreciate being lied to! I will never take anything back there and recommend no one else does!

Tried everything we could do to make customer happy. Unfortunately customer was not willing to give us that chance. Sorry for this experience. We will always try to rectify any situation where a customer is unhappy.
