I've had mixed experiences with this company. They fix simple issues, like towing cars that shouldn't be here, but can't check a security camera to help a woman with MS figure out who broke into her car. The same camera has been checked before by the previous management, but seems too difficult for barberino to grasp.

Awful service, unresponsive, overall terrible company & staff.
I have been living at Blackstone Village ll for the last 15 years, during this time Barberino has had ownership of the pool and we paid them to use it. During that 15-year period the pool house has become dilapidated and is a danger and health risk. The pool hardly ever opened on time, and it was always a hassle to get the pool tag to use the pool.
