I’ve had my share of bad customer service experiences, both in person and over the phone. The older woman who usually takes the payments is often rude for no reason, which makes the process even more frustrating. I’ve started paying ahead just so I don’t have to go in every month. It’s also been difficult to make payments because of the limited business hours. I don’t understand why the office is closed on Fridays, which is when most customers get paid. I just came back from the Alamosa Public Works Department trying to straighten out an address for me. Well, besides everyone being very helpful and welcoming, the problem was explained and already solved. Such a pleasant surprise on my part and I sure would not hesitate to go there again. Deacon solved my issue but everyone was very helpful. And, the County was very helpful in getting me to the correct off and with who to talk to. Thank you!!! I am very appreciative.
