My husband and I had the exact opposite experience when we lived at the Alamosa Plaza Apartments (APA). The owner/manager was very accomodating as well as very flexible with our move in date. He made sure our apartment was clean and in move-in condition when we got there. With extremely affordable rent and all utilities paid except phone and cable, our expenses were minimal. These apartments were awful, especially the ones downstairs. You can hear the neighbors above you and beside you. Our neighbors were once caught firing a gun right in front of our living room window, so anyone is allowed to live here! Also, the manager does not fix things. We had to hire a plumber ourselves once and was never reimbursed. There was mold on the back wall from the sprinklers watering the back lawn and the manager did nothing about it.
