No wonder they have the rating they do! This place is a joke!!!! 20 days for a call back on An RX that needed to be filled. The fact that Rock Creek merged with them is beyond me- I don’t even know how this place passes for a medical office- but if you speak Spanish and wear lashes and receive Medicaid this is the place for you!

Son broke his arm yesterday, he's 5. Hearing now its 6 days before a cast will be put on. Really using that window for your own personal benifit when you should be selflessly trying to help a child. Hands down one of the worst places I've dealt with. Doesn't matter what you're looking for: well check, dental, broken bones. Valley Wide flat out terrible. Constantly changing Dr's. Takes over a month to get in for a check-up? When they dont have answers they tell you to go to the ER. Everything is go to the ER or wait 30-45 day... read more
Probably one of the worst places I've dealt with. Doesn't matter what you're looking for Valley Wide is just terrible. Constantly changing Dr's. Takes over a month to get in for a check-up? Thet dont have answers so they tell you to go to the ER. Everything is go to the ER or wait 30-45 days for help. Wonder why the Drs change so much. Urgent care was my options today. This is a tiny valley. Why the delay? Less of a wait in the metro areas. Very disappointing to say the least.
