This is the worst Dental office ever. They say they put People first not true at all. Had a front tooth cap that needed to be reglued a 10 minute thing ( an emergency) would not even take the time to do it. Finally found a Dentist I’ve never seen dentist did it in 3 minutes now that’s taking care of people.
In violation of patient rights among other serious legal concerns. Your health deserves much better than these guys.
All employees act miserable - I've never seen anyone act happy to be working there. Inefficiency and lack of attention to detail is almost as miserable as the way staff (especially appointment phone staff) treat you. I've seen front desk staff line up to buy tamales from a roving seller while 5 to 6 people were ignored while they waited to check in or out. One could barely stand but apparently that didn't matter. Wait times are around half an hour even with an appointment... I can't imagine what it might be for a walk-in... read more
