The receptionist was rude and actually non caring when I was trying to fill out the forms. I was informed by my general practitioner that to have my things ready by 1:45 and that my appointment was actually at 2:00. I arrived at 1:55 and was told that I could not have my mammogram and asked if I still wanted to have the bone density test. I said of course I want to have the bone density test, after all I came 20 miles and planned my whole day around it. I am almost 80 years old and move more slowly these days. RecommendedThank you to Arcelia, Jennifer, and Dr. Eller for a top rated experience at their imaging center. Check in was smooth and bedside manner was superb. The radiologist explained everything in a way that calmed me and informed me of the procedure. Arcelia was kind, empathetic, and supportive. The facility itself is clean and well kept.
RecommendedVery pleasant staff, needed to get a copy of my CAT scan and just took a couple of minutes. Then had to go back for ultrasound and they found a rare hernia.

She was polite, informative, and kind to the fact that I needed a same day appointment due to Ciro location’s machine being unavailable. As is, most of these appointments are made in advance and also time sensitive, so for her to be a forward thinker and assist me in this feat AND successfully accommodate an appointment was just heaven sent.
