The scheduling process was a nightmare. I made an appointment and it was canceled and I was not told I showed up and was told my order was not authorized and I had to wait over a week. I made another appointment I was told to be there at 4:30 for a 5 o’clock appointment and when I got there I waited over 90 minutes for my appointment
