The receptionist was rude and actually non caring when I was trying to fill out the forms. I was informed by my general practitioner that to have my things ready by 1:45 and that my appointment was actually at 2:00. I arrived at 1:55 and was told that I could not have my mammogram and asked if I still wanted to have the bone density test. I said of course I want to have the bone density test, after all I came 20 miles and planned my whole day around it. I am almost 80 years old and move more slowly these days.
