Frustrated because was expecting to be 45-60 minutes as told the wait would be but instead it took 120 minutes!!!

I went there 3 times and once the tech was out to lunch, next day I went before lunch and was told that the tech was backed up and wouldn’t be able to take me. Went the next day after an hour and a half waiting I left, I went there this morning at 8:30 and still had to wait over 30 minutes.
Quick and efficient. Friendly staff. Pap tech Marilyn made my visit very comfortable.
