The Tech, (forgot her name)was very kind and very professional. Highly recommend Alamo Advanced Imaging Center.
The office staff and technicians were wonderful. The issue I had was with the appointment process. I needed 2 ultrasounds and they only scheduled one. The appointment was made via a call center outside the US. The interaction was scripted. They had no idea they weren’t scheduling me properly. It is my opinion that health appointments shouldn’t be made via a call center.
Went there for the first time today , very fast and the staff were professional and friendly .
