I've been coming here for a few years and the wait is not long at all. The staff is great and not rude they don't act like they in a hurry. Dr. Bartlett is wonderful and he knows me and he tells me exactly what I need to know and how to treat it and what needs to be done.
Doctor talked way too fast...felt rushed
After a lot of careful thought and consideration I have decided to go public about my experience with this eye doctor. Back in January of 2023 I made an appointment to see Dr. Jessica Duddleston to have a routine eye exam. I was a first time patient at this clinic and choose to try it out since it was not far from my house. Everything seemed fine until I went to have my new eye glass prescription made and immediately was not seeing correctly. I do not recommend it. Waited over 1 1/2 hrs and still not able to see the optometrist. Unfortunately if you schedule an appointment a certain time, it is expected we may wait 10-15 minutes but not 1 1/2 hrs. 👎🏻
