Very disappointed in this practice after prior satisfactory visits. Was seen 5 days ago for a tear duct infection and given antibiotic drops. Had an allergic reaction over the weekend and had to discontinue. Left a voicemail early Monday morning as to my problem and noted I’d had to disconnect drops and my need for a different Rx. As of close of day Monday, I’d received NO CALL BACK. It’s not advisable to stop antibiotics before finishing their course but I had no choice. My duct is still infected. ☹️

Dr. Velasquez and his staff are very caring and helpful. I will have my cataract removed by Dr. Velasquez on 3/16. I have the utmost confidence in him. He removed my uncle’s cataracts in 2010. My mom was also a patient of Dr. Velasquez. Two thumbs up! Thank you for your kindness and expertise.

Today i had an appointment at 8:20.I was called in for the eye examination from the staff. When i finally saw the Doctor ,after being placed in a common area with many patients i was called in to see the Doctor.I felt like I was part of a production line.I felt like the Doctor did not have time to spend with me.A complete change from years ago!
