Today i had an appointment at 8:20.I was called in for the eye examination from the staff.When i finally saw the Doctor ,after being placed in a common area with many patients i was called in to see the Doctor.I felt like I was part of a production line.I felt like the Doctor did not have time to spend with me.A complete change from years ago!
I recently had LASIK surgery with Dr. Velazquez at Alabama Vision Center, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The facility is very nice and clean, and the entire staff was welcoming. Dr. V was incredibly friendly, took the time to answer all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable even though I was initially nervous. After just 24 hours and a good night’s sleep, my vision had already improved to my satisfaction. I've been coming here for a few years and the wait is not long at all. The staff is great and not rude they don't act like they in a hurry. Dr. Bartlett is wonderful and he knows me and he tells me exactly what I need to know and how to treat it and what needs to be done.
Doctor talked way too fast...felt rushed
