I can not say enough good things about Dr. Nelms and the entire staff. They have treated our furbaby as though she were one of their own and goes exceedingly above and beyond when it comes to her care. Aside from our primary Veterinarian, I've never met a more compassionate, loving and competent Dr., we are truly blessed to be a patient at AVS.
Everyone was so sweet and caring especially considering what time I came in (4:45am). They helped my pup get back to his normal self, and helped me to understand the situation by explaining every detail for the answers needed to my thousand questions I asked. I definitely recommend them and will trust my dogs' lives with them!
