I'm literally in tears. We have never met this Dr. He was emergency call. And to already send and sign himself a card for our baby we lost. He really tried everything possible. What a sweet man! Didn't try to over charge us either!
They were so compassionate when it came to helping my fur baby. Very upfront about finances so no surprises awaited me at check out. I would definitely recommend for any pet related emergencies.
Every time I've taken either of my dogs here they have been well cared for. The staff is very nice and professional and very caring of their patients. This is the only emergency vet I will use.
Everyone is so nice and took excellent care of my baby (toy poodle). The doctor walked me thru everything she was doing and fully explained what was wrong with her eye. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone I know!
This past Sunday I took my very sick dog for an emergency visit. I drove for 40 minutes to find that the clinic was closed because there was only one doctor available, and he/she was in surgery. Needless to say, I was upset! I would recommend to any who may need emergency services for their pet to call first to prevent a wasted trip. Furthermore, I would recommend that Alabama Veterinary Specialists update/edit their availability status to reflect a true statement..."always open" is not a true statement.
