We worked with Elizabeth and Kendall and were so pleased with the level of service and care they exhibited! They took our satisfaction personally and went above and beyond to make sure everything during our stay was perfect. We stayed at Seawind condos and the accommodations were amazing. Our unit was 3BR/2BA and easily housed our group of 6 with room to spare. Covid-19 stole our baseball tournament, stole our back-up plan just to enjoy spending time together with the ocean breeze, but you refunding 100% our last minute cancellation, understanding how we all have to do the right thing and not spread the virus. We are thankful and will recommend and use you in the future.
We thoroughly enjoyed our springbreak at the Phoenix WestCondo #202! The location was supreme, large patio overlooks the pool, lazyriver, and beach, also soooo close to parking makes unloading a breeze. This place was perfect for our group, very convenient three bedrooms, four bathrooms, with great linens and beds, kitchen well stocked for cooking meals, very nice accomodations. We had a condo rental for our family reunion in April but due to the covid-19 crisis and restrictions recommended we needed to cancel our reservation. We should have only received 50% refund due to the date of cancellation but Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals refunded the full amount. During this difficult time they handle the situation very professional and resolved our issue with having to cancel without losing money. We will definitely book our next beach rental with them in the future.
Made a reservation for Romar Place #503 in Orange Beach. Then less than 3 weeks before our vacation, they just cancelled it and refunded our money. Yes, we got the money back, but we don't have a place to go on vacation with less than 3 weeks to find it. No mention of help getting another place. What good is a "reservation" if the place is not "reserved?" They put all this verbiage in agreements to protect them in case a tenant cancels within 30 days, but they can still cancel it with no recourse?
Absolutely wonderful to work with during this global pandemic. We WILL rebook when this passes.
We rented Seawind 1007 last week and it was perfect! Very clean! Kitchen stocked with what we needed! Easy transaction and no issues! Would highly recommend!
