There are not enough words in my heart to thank Kendall, Elizabeth, and Austin who went above and beyond to provide exemplary customer service. Thanks to the global pandemic, I can’t speak to the actual experience of staying in a property managed by Alabama Getaway, but I can most definitely tell everyone I know about their AMAZING customer service. I can't say enough good things about this company! They communicated with me throughout our stay in Orange Beach. We stayed in a condo on the beach during Spring Break. Although the beaches were closed we had everything we needed to have a peaceful,safe,and luxurious vacation. They offered us a 100% refund if we cancelled, but we decided to stay because it was my daughter's senior Spring Break and her 18th birthday. Alabama Getaway saved our trip and made it magical!! My family and I got some news this morning that sadly makes our planned trip next week completely out of the question. I contacted Alabama Getaway and Kendyll immediately responded with steps to take to receive a full refund. On a very emotional day, it is so wonderful to partner with a company that puts people first. We will definitely book our next “first” trip to Gulf Shores with Alabama Getaway.
They were so accommodating with cancellations in the middle of the Covid 19 issues and were willing to give 100% refund just two days before arrival. Even before that they were very prompt in answering any questions that I had.
We are very appreciative of the quick 100% refund that we received. In times like this, it shows the companies that care and understand. Alabama Getaway has proved that they are a class act! Thank you. We will be rebooking as soon as we can.
