Our three generation family vacation at Beachside 2/Beachside Livin' was a hit this year. Alabama Getaways provided us with a flawless experience, which made our trip headache free. They communicated with us from check-in to check-out and everything in between. A week before our planned vacation Alabama Getaway sends an email stating a refund has been issued. No reasoning. Following up, we learn it is because of construction going on at the San Carlos property due to balcony work and the pool will be closed. During Spring Break season! There is zero chance they did not know about this until one week before planned vacations, ZERO! Refrigerator was a little bit marginal but they were very responsive
Fully refundable when booking thru VRBO isn’t fully refundable once you pay your deposit to Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals. They keep a $50 processing fee upon cancellation
This is a top notch rental company!! Extremely responsive. We own on West Beach but sometimes we need a bigger place. We have rented from them twice and both times the rentals have been beautiful and well cared for. Highly recommend Alabama Getaway Vacation Rentals!!!
