Always leave Dr Watanabe office feeling assured and satisfied knowing I'm always in God's hands there and not leaving like I'm glad I got that over with! Although I've always hated going to the dentist I don't dread my visits as I feel safe and comfortable with Dr Watanabe as well as her always kind and gracious staff !
I love this place. All staffs were great and Dr. Watanabe was very nice. Thank you so much for making my teeth healthy and clean again.
Today I went in for my first visit and it was great. I had a few concerns but was made very comfortable by the staff. I was educated in everything that was being performed during the cleaning, and I really appreciated that.
I hate the dentist, but I love Dr. Watanabe and her staff. They are always so friendly and gentle. They make an unpleasant task to me as pleasant as it can be.
I typically hate going to the dentist and have suffered greatly from not going for years. I feel very cared for by Dr. Watanabe and her friendly staff for the past two years. I no longer fear going to dentists and know my overall health will improve as I care for my teeth. Thank you very much for caring for me and my wife Makiko.
Dr Keiko Watanabe's staff was friendly and very professional. They explained every part of the procedure and made me feel very comfortable. Mahalo
I had my teeth cleaned yesterday at Ala Moana dentistry and was impressed that they took all the time needed to do a thorough job.My teeth stain very easily and are difficult to clean, but the hygienist spent about 90 minutes working at it. And then Dr, Watanabe even took time out to have a look at a tooth that's been giving me problems, even though I was only scheduled for a cleaning. I'm happy to say that they went beyond what was expected and that I will continue to be their patient.
Staff is amazing! Always feel welcomed and amazed at how well they treat their patients. Small things like borrowing sunglasses while laying in the chair and the light is blinding you, courtesy calls checking if you would like to come in earlier if a slot is available, and the free use of iPads. Most of all, Dr. Watanabe is amazing: efficient, friendly and brilliant as a dentist.
This appointment was only for a cleaning, but as always I received excellent service. Front and back staff are always very pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Watanabe is an excellent dentist!
