The last time i ate here the food was great but the service was horrible and i mean horrible. We ate there saturday and lets say it was much, much better thank you kaylynn. You were nervous but did a wonderful job, thank you holly turner for listening and hiring some good help.
We got a meal to go. All the staff was friendly and made sure we got exactly what we ordered. Our order was perfect and still hot when we ate it. The food was excellent! The stuffed and fried shrimp were as good as any I've had, excellent! Fried alligator was very good. If I had to give lesser marks to anything, the red beans and rice needed to be spiced up a bit, a little bland. Oh, and they were out of frog legs (not really their fault, just saying.) The service for the 2 of us, earned our server a $25.00 tip. She was on top of her game and the food was delicious. Being a linehaul driver for FedEx, I go all over and can't wait to get back by there for lunch some day.
We haven’t eaten here in almost two years. I didn’t realize there are new owners until I read some of the reviews. We had lunch there yesterday and the food was as good as it was all the previous times we have eaten there. Our waitress was very good also. We weren’t disappointed one bit and will definitely be back.
We ate at ALT's twice during our two week road trip to Sanibel Island. We had the chicken fried steak.....it was delicious and so huge. The wait staff was both friendly and professional. ......if we ever come back that way. It will definitely be on our list of places to stop. .... :) :)
I've enjoyed the Steak and also the seafood,The place is very clean,and service was adequate considering the amount of people in the restaurant.
I had a ribeye steak. It was cooked just the way that I ordered it & was very good.
We love this place!! When we go down to Beaumont we always go to eat here. We eat the Boudin with Gumbo over it!! Will be going down there soon!!
