Do not take your children anywhere else but here! One word AMAZING! The staff is so wonderful. Beautiful people who do an amazing and completely thorough job. Wish there were more stars to give! They deserve 100! Nurse John in the ER THANK YOU! My son loves his Olaf and that made a really bad night better for him!
I'm so thankful for the staff there. Every time I've had to take my daugther there in the past year (which has been alot) They are wonderful, always make her feel at ease & take the time to explain things step by step. Last November she had meningitis & they were so kind & caring beyond any hospital we've ever been too. We need more people in the world like those nurses & doctors at Akrons Children's in Boardman.
If it was not for them I would not have my grandson Scotty! Thank you for everything.... Love you Lucas Douglas
We were there for 3 days for a cyst behind my 15month old daughter's ear and the staff was phenomenal! They were so nice and helpful and were always trying to be as gentle as possible while doing her IV's, shots and night checks! So grateful for all the nurses and doctors that helped my little girl.

My son was flown there by helicopter with intussusception Sunday. The doctors and nurses and staff are truly amazing! Everyone explained a couple times to me what was going on so I understood, everyone was so so great with my son! I went to the Boardman campus Tuesday, because my son had a high fever and they couldn't figure out why he had a fever.
