After waiting over 30 minutes to be called, I asked the receptionist for a status report. After nearly an hour of waiting, I was finally called. As I was being escorted in, I overheard an elderly gentleman complain, "This is completely unacceptable". Not sure what he was referring to but, I, too, found my whole experience completely unacceptable. The questions the nurse asked me had already been answered in the questionnaire I completed online.
