It was a very pleasant experience, everyone was very helpful, nurse very friendly and the doctor very easy to talk to and he explained everything I could understand.
Front office not good - couldn't even get follow up schedule for surgery. Doctor scoped {patient PHI removed} and said no cancer and no stones- he didn't bother to look at CT pictures before looking - his statement about stones was wrong.
I love UCI , it is the best hospital to me The Dr Das , all the nurses care for the patient {patient name removed} is so happy after the procedure
Only one problem that was quickly resolved - on a phone call I was told to arrive 1 hour ahead. Subsequently, I received a text that asked me to come 15 minutes before. I arrived about 30 min. before and I guess I was late! I didn't have to wait very long however.
