WARNING! Be very very very careful of this business. My wife took her late mother’s ring for a diamond replacement, 1) No ticket was provided, only name written down. Red Flag #1 2) The persons attitude and demeanor when entering the store, zero acknowledgement of the customer. The young gentleman who I’m assuming is the son, was polite and smiled. DO NOT use these people! They are dishonest! They charged me for a stone that felt off my ring, I got my ring back with a stone back, but less than 24 hours later the stone felt again, so I called to ask for refund since they didn’t even bother to put a prong to fix the stone (hence the reason it felt again) and the owner said he would not refund me, was very rude and ranged the phone on my face.
