Arlene is great. I am super picky and she listened to my overly detailed description of the haircut i wanted and totally delivered! I will definitely go back to her because she knew what she was doing- i have lots experience getting my hair done so i can tell the difference. She is a newer stylist here but is naturally talented and detail oriented to make up for not having the years in experience. Also the salon was really a chill environment to be in. Go see Arlene!
MARY CATHERINE is wonderful. I am a man who has never paid more than $10 for a haircut my entire life and at the recommendation of several people, I concur that Mary Catherine is well worth the price of the hair cut. With her superior customer service and her in depth knowledge of her craft, she is a bargain. She is always very pleasant and on time, and for a busy man like me, that is very important. I confidently recommend Mary Catherine.
Marry Catherine has always done a great job, always smiling and suggesting new things. Very happy with the customer service and the hair cut I receive. However I find the prices little high. Therefore I cannot get to visit her as often I would like.
Mary Catherine is AMAZING! I started seeing her a 6 months ago at the suggestion of several friends who also have their hair styled by her. I have seen her 3 times and every time I see her I am further impressed with her knowledge, professionalism, style, and dedication to her clients. She has made several suggestions on cut, color, and products, all of which I have taken and I could not be more pleased! I have referred several people to her myself and will continue to see Mary Catherine for all of my hair care needs!
Mackenzie is AMAZING!!!!! – Mackenzie is THE BEST! I have been seeing her for 2 years and my hair has never looked better. I was referred to her by a dear friend and I am forever thankful. Mackenzie is very knowledgeable and will work with whatever style you have. After a few visits, you'll feel like you're visiting with a best friend and not just getting a haircut. The salon atmosphere is fun and everyone who works there is super nice. I highly recommend this salon and Mackenzie for all of your needs!!!
Kelli worked miracles with my hair. I have seen Kelli twice now and I enjoy my visits more each time. Kelli truly has an eye for color and has exceeded my high expectations both times. Kelli made several suggestions to change my cut slightly and I love it. It has been so much easier to style. I would highly recommend Kelli, I will not go anywhere else! She's the greatest!
Mary Catherine is a Genius! – Taming my curly mane is no small task; it requires skill and insight. Mary Catherine understood the intricacies of my curls and she masterfully delivered the BEST cut I have ever enjoyed! She also orchestrated a glorious color that looks sun-kissed and natural. Kelli- Fantastic Colorist/ Stylist – I was looking to update my look, when one of my staff members referred me to Kelli. Kelli's suggestions made it easy to decide what I really wanted and I could not be happier. My color is natural yet still has a pop( exactly what I need at 50...), and my cut lays so nicely with very little effort. If you're looking for a new stylist, I would highly recommend Kelli Sanders at Akada Hair Salon.
Tejay- Great Stylist & Customer Service – Tejay is a great stylist and a new go to for Men's cuts! A couple weeks ago,I set up an appointment at Akada with Tejay in search of a new stylist. After sitting down with Tejay, I found that he has extensive training for both men and women's cuts and prides himself on building a good rapport with his clients, while ensuring great customer service. The one major selling point I had with Tejay was that he only used scissors, a technique that is a true measure of a great men's haircut.... read more
