Anna was of great help to us when searching for a new home. She listened closely to what we were looking for in a home and helped to guide our search based on our needs. Anna was even more helpful once we made an offer. That was when her skills were highlighted. In the negotiation process, you definitely want Anna on your side! Anna was such a pleasure to work with. Her energy, enthusiam and interest really shows that she has a personal investment in her clients. She had a very timely response to any inquiries we had. When we viewed properties she gave us the space we needed to explore without following at our heels or trying to "talk-up" the property. The homes we were interested in did require lots of TLC. Anna is quite simply, the best! Friendly and professional she took time to understand both our home and our situation. She kept us informed via e-mail, phone, when appropriate, and with periodic personal visits.
